Roberta Clark, RDH, MSHR, PHR

Owner/Proprietor

Working in dentistry since 1984, Roberta has 25 years experience in dental management, consulting, operations, budgeting, marketing, dental insurance, hiring, staff training, coaching, patient relations, and designing and delivering continuing education coursework.

Additionally, Roberta has a wealth of proven practical experience and expertise in clinical dentistry.  She is a visionary who unlocks untapped potential through collaborative team input.  She has a successful track record of increasing profitability, job satisfaction, and will breathe life back into any dental practice.

Education

Roberta received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University, and her Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.  She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, and holds active Dental Hygiene, Anesthesia, and Restorative Licenses in California and Washington State.

She is an active member of The Society of Human Resource Management, holds a Professional in Human Resources Certification, and a Lean Six Sigma Green-Belt.

Career

Roberta practices servant leadership.  Her career in dentistry began with dental assisting, and she quickly advanced into dental management.  Her keen eye for business process improvement led her to start a part-time dental consulting business in 1989.  After receiving her B.S. in Dental Hygiene, Roberta served as a hygienist and consultant in general dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics and orthodontics.   

She has been employed as a provider relations manager at a dental HMO insurance company and as a change management specialist within senior business operations for Federal government agencies.  She has committed her career to working closely with doctors and staff to improve their lives professionally and personally.
